MNU BNU visit in Lahore advances collaboration in modern education as university leaders discuss a framework for joint programmes and student engagement.

A delegation from the Maldives National University (MNU), led by Vice Chancellor Ms. Aishath Shehenaz Adam, visited Beaconhouse National University in Lahore for the MNU BNU visit and met with BNU’s senior leadership. The MNU students and senior management held an interactive session with Beaconhouse representatives, highlighting mutual interests in modernising curricula and strengthening institutional links.

The discussions, which included BNU Vice Chancellor Mr. Moeed Yusuf, focused on the importance of contemporary educational practices and explored the potential for a robust collaboration framework between the two universities. Both sides emphasised opportunities for joint programmes, academic exchanges and closer cooperation to benefit students and faculty on both sides.

The visit concluded with a guided tour of BNU’s state-of-the-art laboratories and a productive engagement session between the student bodies, where participants exchanged ideas and experiences. Observers noted that the MNU BNU visit marks a meaningful step toward expanding academic ties between Pakistan and the Maldives and creating pathways for sustained institutional cooperation.
