Ministry of Human Rights completes skills training at CCDC Sohan, awarding certificates to women from Sohan and Pindorian to boost employability.

The Ministry of Human Rights organised a certificate distribution ceremony at the Pilot Comprehensive Community Development Centre (CCDC) in Sohan after the successful completion of three-month skills training courses in Beautician Skills and First Medical Aid. The event recognised participants who completed practical modules designed to increase workplace readiness.

Young women and girls from Sohan and Pindorian took part in the programmes, gaining hands-on experience and qualifications aimed at improving their employability. The beautician training focused on salon and personal care techniques while the first medical aid course emphasised basic emergency response skills relevant to community settings.

The CCDC, a free government-led facility located near Faizabad, was established to support women from underprivileged communities. By offering market-relevant skills training and guidance, the centre seeks to enable participants to pursue income-generating opportunities and contribute to local economies.

The Ministry reiterated its commitment to advancing women’s empowerment through sustained skills training, fostering self-reliance and promoting inclusive community-based initiatives that help women transition from training to meaningful economic engagement.
