Pakistan Qabail Movement demands FIR and impartial probe in Jamshoro murder, urging Sindh CM to act swiftly to deliver justice.

Maulana Asadullah Haqqani, central secretary general of the Pakistan Qabail Movement, strongly condemned the discovery of the body of Sabro, wife of Babar Ali Pathan, who was abducted from Mohammad Kusun Goth in Jamshoro ten days earlier. He described the Jamshoro murder as a stain on humanity, on basic ethics and on the responsibilities of the state.

Haqqani said Sabro was a mother of four, pregnant and a hardworking woman who supported her family by selling clothes door to door. He said that after enduring repeated sexual violence over several days she was ruthlessly killed, a crime that not only shocks the conscience but demands urgent redress.

He expressed deep regret that, despite the gravity of this incident, a formal case has not yet been registered. Haqqani warned that failure to act is a reflection on law enforcement performance, creates insecurity for victims and sends a dangerous message of impunity to perpetrators.

The Pakistan Qabail Movement has called on the Sindh chief minister to take immediate notice, ensure that an FIR is registered without delay, and order a transparent and impartial investigation. Haqqani urged that all those involved be brought to justice free from any political or social pressure.

The movement affirmed its full solidarity with the bereaved family and vowed to pursue justice for Sabro through all constitutional and democratic forums while pressing for measures to prevent such acts of gender based violence in the future.
