The Muslim Students Organization (MSO) of Northern Punjab has announced its newly elected executive committee for the 2025-2026 session during its central training convention in Rawalpindi. Sharjeel Ahsan has been named the new regional Nazim (President) of Northern Punjab, Talha Joiya as General Secretary, and Abdul Majid Mayo as the Head of Information and Broadcasting.
In his address, Sharjeel Ahsan committed the MSO to playing a leading role in upholding Islamic values and strengthening Pakistan. He stressed the organization’s dedication to safeguarding student rights, pledging not to hesitate in making sacrifices for their welfare. Ahsan also emphasized the importance of preparing the youth to follow the exemplary lives of the Prophet Muhammad’s companions and other prominent Islamic figures, aiming to turn educational institutions into centers of faith, knowledge, and character building.
The MSO of Pakistan, maintaining its longstanding traditions, will continue its efforts to promote a positive, ideological, and constructive environment within the country’s educational institutions. Sharjeel Ahsan also noted that the organization will strive to provide all possible relief to areas affected by floods.
