Muhammad Hazrat pledges to prioritise Khaljiabad infrastructure and services in Union Council 28 Ward 03, urging voters to join the local elections.

Muhammad Hazrat, running as an independent candidate endorsed by the United Committee for Union Council 28 Ward 03 in Quetta’s Khaljiabad area, says he has entered politics with a strong spirit of public service and is fully aware of the constituency’s problems. He told supporters he will prioritise practical solutions once elected and work closely with residents to address pressing local needs.

According to Muhammad Hazrat, immediate priorities include repairing roads, improving the supply of clean drinking water, upgrading the drainage and sewage systems, installing street lights and strengthening sanitation services. He also pledged to focus on enhancing education and healthcare access in the ward while promoting positive activities and opportunities for youth.

Muhammad Hazrat described the upcoming local government elections as critical for the future of the area and said his approach will be based on public consultation, transparency and sustainable development. He vowed that every decision will place the public interest first and that he will strive to deliver visible improvements on a priority basis.
