Mustafa Kamal Urges Activation of Regional Blood Centers

Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal visited the Regional Blood Center and the IHITC Hospital, reviewing their current status and calling for immediate steps and comprehensive plans to make both facilities fully operational.

The Minister emphasized the urgency in preparing and implementing a detailed action plan to ensure that the Regional Blood Center becomes fully functional. He directed officials to utilize all available resources and undertake necessary measures promptly to secure reliable and safe blood supply to patients in the region.

Regarding the IHITC Hospital, Minister Kamal highlighted its strategic significance, mentioning that the hospital comprises 270 beds and possesses significant capacity to serve the community. He instructed the hospital administration and relevant authorities to take immediate and effective measures to ensure that the facility becomes completely operational without delay.

Minister Kamal’s visit reiterates the government’s commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure. His directives indicate clear objectives of providing improved medical services and ensuring safe blood availability, aiming to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of the local population.
