Mustafa Kamal Meets Hamdard Foundation on Public Health and Traditional Medicine

Federal Minister for Health Syed Mustafa Kamal held a significant meeting with representatives from Hamdard Foundation Pakistan at the Karachi Camp Office, where they discussed ways to improve public health and promote alternative and traditional medicine in the country.

The delegation from Hamdard Foundation Pakistan included President Ms. Sadia Rashid, Hakim Abdul Hanan, Director of Clinical Science Division at Hamdard Laboratories Waqf Pakistan, and Syed Muhammad Arsalan, Director of Administration at Hamdard Foundation Pakistan. During the meeting, the officials explored avenues for collaboration to enhance healthcare services, with a particular focus on integrating traditional and alternative treatments into mainstream health initiatives.

Both parties emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare for all citizens and agreed on the need to raise awareness about the benefits of traditional medical practices alongside modern medicine. The meeting highlighted the ongoing commitment of public and private sector organizations to work together for the advancement of public health in Pakistan.
