The NARI Foundation team, working under the SIGN Project, recently participated in a training workshop focused on MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), MIS (Management Information Systems), and FCRM (Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism). The event was held at RT Grace Hotel in Sukkur and was organized by the International Rescue Committee with support from the European Union in Pakistan.

The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of organizations working in humanitarian and development sectors by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to monitor and evaluate their projects effectively. Participants gained hands-on experience with management information systems designed to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis, which are critical for informed decision-making and ensuring transparency.

A key focus of the workshop was on establishing robust feedback and complaint response mechanisms, allowing foundations like NARI to better address concerns from stakeholders and beneficiaries. The training sought to foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning among partner organizations, ultimately supporting improved project outcomes and greater impact in the communities they serve.
