CAS National Junior Squash Championship Crowns New Champions

The CAS National Junior Squash Championship concluded at the PAF Hashim Khan Squash Academy with Pakistan’s most promising young athletes earning national titles across four categories. The tournament featured impressive performances as players from various regions competed for glory, highlighting the rising talent in junior squash.

Abdur Rehman, representing PAF, claimed the Under-11 title after a hard-fought victory over fellow academy member Anas Rafeh, winning 3-1 in a match that lasted 32 minutes. In the Under-13 category, Raheel Victor from Sindh defeated Ayan Mehboob (PAF) 3-1, showcasing both consistency and skill over the 28-minute contest.

The Under-15 final saw Sohail Adnan from SNGPL deliver a commanding performance as he swept past Faizan Khan of the Army team in straight sets. In the Under-17 division, Nauman Khan representing Army overcame Ahmed Rayyan Khalil (PAF) with a 3-1 win in a competitive 36-minute match.

The championship was marked by spirited competition and sportsmanship, with young squash players from across Pakistan displaying remarkable determination and ability. Organizers extended their congratulations to the new national champions and expressed appreciation for all participants, wishing them continued success in their burgeoning squash careers.
