The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) recently convened its much-anticipated Organisational Development (OD) Working Group Meeting at the National Headquarters in Islamabad, reaffirming its commitment to unity, collaboration, and institutional progress. The session was chaired by Mr. Abidullah, Secretary General of PRCS.
During the meeting, participants formally approved the minutes of the previous session and turned their attention to a series of important agenda items. The discussion placed particular emphasis on addressing urgent challenges faced at the branch level, reflecting the Society’s ongoing efforts to strengthen local operations.
