Pak Poland trade surpassed $1 billion in 2025 with 27% growth, a milestone highlighted after a meeting between Ambassador Muhammad Sami and Janusz Piechociński.

Ambassador Muhammad Sami met with Mr. Janusz Piechociński, president of the Polish-Asian Chamber of Commerce and former Vice Prime Minister of Poland, at the chamber’s headquarters in Warsaw. The discussion underscored growing diplomatic and commercial engagement between Pakistan and Poland.

Mr. Piechociński expressed his pleasure that, for the first time in 2025, Pak Poland trade crossed one billion US dollars, recording a 27 percent increase — one of the highest growth rates in Europe. The milestone was cited as evidence of expanding bilateral economic ties and stronger market links for Pakistani exporters.

Both sides agreed to continue mutual cooperation to build on the momentum in Pak Poland trade, with the Polish-Asian Chamber positioned to support closer business contacts and improved trade facilitation. The meeting highlighted shared interest in deepening cooperation across sectors that can sustain this recent growth.

The development is an encouraging sign for Pakistan’s export strategy in Europe and sets a constructive tone for enhanced engagement between Islamabad and Warsaw going forward.
