Speaker Sadiq expressed his condolences to Chairman Gilani over the passing of his cousin, Syed Tanveer ul Hassan Gilani, and paid tribute to the deceased’s lasting contributions to his community and his exemplary character.

Assuring full support from the National Assembly, Speaker Sadiq underlined the importance of the conference as a vital platform for Pakistan to demonstrate its commitment to international dialogue, cooperation, and peacebuilding.

In a joint appeal, they urged the people of Pakistan to take precautionary measures and fully cooperate with the government and relevant authorities to help minimize casualties and reduce financial losses during this ongoing natural disaster. Both leaders stressed that a united national response is essential to overcome these challenges.
