Pakistan has launched a major presence at Sourcing at MAGIC Las Vegas 2025, one of the world’s leading fashion sourcing trade shows, as 50 top textile and leather exporters from Pakistan showcase their products to global buyers. The Pakistan Pavilion, organized by the Trade and Investment Section in New York on behalf of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, demonstrates the country’s expanding role in the international apparel and leather industries.
The pavilion highlights a broad array of high-quality apparel, fabrics, leather goods, and fashion accessories, presenting Pakistan’s expertise and strength in these sectors. This strong participation reflects the country’s increasing competitiveness in terms of product quality, innovative design, and sustainable manufacturing methods.
The pavilion was officially inaugurated by Adnan Mahmood Awan, Trade and Investment Counsellor at the Pakistan Consulate in New York. During the opening ceremony, he emphasized Pakistan’s determination to increase its market access in North America and enhance the export of textiles and leather goods to buyers worldwide. He noted that these sectors are vital to Pakistan’s export economy and pointed to the skilled workforce, modern production capabilities, focus on environmental responsibility, and favorable US tariff regime that make Pakistan a reliable partner for international brands.
Participation in Sourcing at MAGIC Las Vegas offers Pakistani exporters valuable opportunities to connect with global buyers, sourcing managers, and retail brands, expected to lead to new business contacts, export orders, and long-term trade partnerships. These efforts contribute to Pakistan’s broader strategy of boosting exports and strengthening economic diplomacy.
Throughout the event, the Trade and Investment Section in New York will continue to support Pakistani exhibitors, helping to maximize their exposure and networking with potential partners, and further promoting Pakistan’s strengths on the world stage.
