The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) has launched the second leg of its Pakistan Rice Road Show 2025, now underway in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Following a successful start in Accra, Ghana, the event aims to further strengthen trade links between Pakistan and West African markets.
The road show features participation from 28 of Pakistan’s leading rice exporters, who are showcasing a variety of rice products, including premium Basmati and competitively priced milled rice. The initiative offers local buyers and importers an opportunity to explore the quality, taste, and value of Pakistani rice, with exporters making direct pitches to prospective business partners.
Through this event, TDAP seeks to expand Pakistan’s rice exports by building new relationships and tapping into the growing demand for rice in West Africa. The road show reflects Pakistan’s broader strategy to diversify its export destinations and enhance the global presence of its agricultural products.
