Federal Minister for IT & Telecom Shaza Fatima Khawaja held talks with Omar Sultan Al Olama, UAE Minister for AI and Digital Economy, to explore deeper cooperation in artificial intelligence, digital transformation and innovation-led growth. The discussion centred on strengthening ties to accelerate the development of digital economies and build sustainable partnerships between Pakistan and the UAE.

The two ministers discussed practical steps to enhance AI collaboration, share expertise, and expand capabilities that can support Pakistan’s technology sector. Emphasis was placed on initiatives that can help cultivate local talent and create opportunities for youth to engage with emerging technologies, contributing to long-term economic growth.
