A record number of outstanding Pakistani students are set to begin their academic journeys in France this year, according to the French Embassy in Pakistan. To support these students, the embassy, in collaboration with Campus France Pakistan, has organized its first series of pre-departure orientation sessions across major cities.

The pre-departure sessions were held at Alliance Française centers in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. These events aimed to prepare the selected students for life and studies in France, providing practical guidance on academic, cultural, and administrative matters.

Representatives from the French Embassy and Campus France Pakistan spoke to the students about French higher education, living arrangements, and adapting to a new environment. The sessions also included interactive discussions to address the students’ questions and concerns, ensuring they are well-equipped for a smooth transition.

The French Embassy praised the academic achievements of Pakistani students this year, noting that their increasing interest reflects the strong educational ties between France and Pakistan. The embassy reaffirmed its commitment to supporting international academic exchange and encouraging more Pakistani scholars to pursue degrees in France.
