Patrolling Police arrest an A-category proclaimed offender wanted for murder and robbery, strengthening law enforcement action in Rawalpindi.

Patrolling Police Rawalpindi Region arrested an A-category proclaimed offender during a checking operation carried out by Post 22 Mile. The action was conducted under the directives of SP Faisal Saleem and DSP Muhammad Irfan Butt, with Post In-Charge Sub-Inspector Naveed Ahmed supervising the operation and Assistant Sub-Inspector Arshad Mahmood leading the team in the field.

The arrested man has been identified as Fawad Khan son of Javed Khan, a resident of Karachi. The accused is wanted in serious criminal cases, including murder under Section 302 and robbery, with cases registered at Police Station Eidgah and Police Station Boat Basin in Karachi. Following his apprehension, the suspect was detained and handed over to the relevant authorities for further legal proceedings.

Senior officers praised the professionalism and vigilance of the patrolling team and urged them to continue their duties with dedication, hard work and integrity. The Patrolling Police said the arrest reinforces ongoing efforts to prevent and suppress crime and highlights the commitment of the Rawalpindi unit to maintaining public safety across regions.
