Patrolling Police Rawalpindi Region Arrests Criminals and Recovers Weapons

Rawalpindi Patrolling Police conducted extensive operations against criminal elements, resulting in the arrest of three proclaimed offenders and the recovery of weapons and a stolen motorcycle.

Under the directives of SSP Muhammad Bin Ashraf, the Rawalpindi Region Patrolling Police have continued their proactive efforts against criminal activity. During routine checking, a team led by Sub-Inspector Tahir Rehman Abbasi from Patrolling Post Quaid-e-Azam Colony recovered a rifle M16-A along with seven rounds of ammunition.

Similarly, at Patrolling Post Ghelan Kalan, Assistant Sub-Inspector Akhtar Hussain and his team successfully recovered a motorcycle that had been stolen six years earlier. The suspects associated with these incidents were taken into custody, and official cases have been registered against them.

In addition, patrol parties across various regional posts apprehended three proclaimed offenders involved in different serious criminal cases, as well as two court absconders, all of whom have now been placed behind bars.

Rawalpindi Region’s Patrolling Police remain dedicated and committed to preventing and combating crime, ensuring the safety and security of local residents.
