Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, Chairman of PEIRA, chaired his first official meeting with the Authority’s officers where the Secretary provided a detailed briefing on the Authority’s legal mandate, core responsibilities, ongoing initiatives and operational mechanisms. The discussion gave a clear picture of how PEIRA intends to align daily operations with its regulatory role in the private education sector.
The Chairman praised the dedication and performance of the PEIRA team and stressed the importance of enhancing operational efficiency, transparency and service delivery. He highlighted continuous improvement and strengthened regulatory oversight as essential tools to ensure consistent quality assurance and better outcomes across private institutions.
Dr. Mallah reaffirmed his commitment to institutional strengthening and good governance, underscoring that a proactive, results-oriented approach will be central to PEIRA’s mission.
