**PESSI Director and RCCI Leadership Discuss Enhanced Social Security Collaboration**
In a bid to bolster cooperation with the business community, Malik Farrukh Mumtaz, Director of the Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), visited the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and held a detailed meeting with key representatives.
During discussions with RCCI’s Acting President Khalid Farooq Qazi, Vice President Fahad Barlas, members of the Executive Committee, and trader community representatives, the meeting centered on strengthening coordination between PESSI and local businesses. The primary focus was addressing the concerns of registered employers and seeking ways to improve the delivery of social security services for workers in the region.
Both sides recognized the significance of ongoing collaboration to enhance facilitation for both employees and employers. They expressed their commitment to resolve outstanding issues and to ensure that social security mechanisms more effectively serve the workforce.
