**PITB and Pakistan Software Testing Board Partner to Offer Free International IT Certifications**
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has entered into a partnership with the Pakistan Software Testing Board (PSTB) to provide globally recognized IT certifications at no cost to candidates, marking a significant step towards empowering Pakistani IT professionals with internationally competitive skills.
As part of the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), PITB and PSTB will begin by promoting the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certifications. Through this initiative, the full cost of certification exams will be reimbursed, ensuring that candidates can obtain qualifications without any financial burden.
This collaboration is designed to enhance the professional capabilities of Pakistan’s IT workforce and align their skills with global industry standards. By removing financial barriers to prestigious international certifications, the program aims to increase the employability and expertise of local IT talent, both within Pakistan and in the global marketplace.
