PRCS review gathers branches and partners to set practical 2026 priorities that strengthen programs and expand community support across KP and the Merged Areas.

Teams from the Norwegian Red Cross, PRCS National Headquarters and branch representatives from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Merged Areas met to reflect on the past year and agree clear priorities for 2026. The PRCS review focused on translating field experience into actionable plans to improve service delivery and community outreach.
