Punjab Holds Consultative Meeting on 4RF Monitoring

Officials met at P&D Board Lahore to strengthen 4RF Monitoring, improve coordination, and advance result-based reporting across Punjab.

A consultative meeting on the Provincial 4RF (Resilient, Recovery, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Framework) Monitoring & Evaluation Results Framework was held today at the Planning & Development Board in Lahore, with a clear focus on enhancing 4RF Monitoring across Punjab.

The session was chaired by Chief Economist P&D Masood Anwer and Member (Implementation & Monitoring), Planning Commission, Awais e Siraj. Representatives of the relevant departments attended to align technical and administrative responsibilities.

Discussion during the meeting centered on strengthening coordination among departments, providing targeted technical assistance, and streamlining the implementation and reporting processes of the 4RF Result-Based Monitoring Framework. Participants reviewed mechanisms to ensure consistent data collection and timely reporting under the 4RF Monitoring arrangements.

Officials underscored that effective 4RF Monitoring is essential to translate recovery and rehabilitation plans into measurable outcomes, and they committed to coordinated follow-up actions to support provincial implementation and reporting requirements.
