The Punjab Women Protection Authority (PWPA) met with senior representatives from JazzCash to discuss collaborative measures aimed at strengthening financial support for women across Punjab.
Following the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the PWPA emphasised its commitment to build systems that provide women with transparent, quick and secure financial aid.
As part of the discussions both organisations plan to introduce interest-free loans and launch a Survivors ATM Card to enable instant assistance to affected women, using JazzCash’s digital infrastructure to deliver funds promptly.
Officials said the initiative is designed to empower survivors across Punjab by reducing delays and ensuring immediate access to support, with PWPA and JazzCash moving forward to finalise operational details and rollout plans.
