Railway Police Officer Martyred in Parking Dispute Attack

A Railway Police officer, Assistant Sub-Inspector Khalid Hussain, lost his life after being brutally attacked during an altercation over illegal parking in Rawalpindi. The incident occurred when Hussain intervened to stop individuals from parking their vehicle improperly, which led to a violent response by the suspects.

Witnesses reported that Hussain was severely assaulted, resulting in critical injuries. Despite being taken for medical attention, he succumbed to his wounds. Following his death, fellow officers and a large number of citizens attended his funeral ceremonies, where a special contingent of Railway Police paid tribute. Senior officials, including DS Railway and SP Railway, were also present to honor his service.

Authorities have responded swiftly, registering a case and arresting five individuals believed to be involved in the attack. Police have confirmed that a detailed investigation is underway to bring all those responsible to justice. The body of the fallen officer was sent to his hometown for burial, as colleagues and the community mourn his loss.
