Addressing the audience, Federal Minister Hanif Abbasi congratulated the successful students and their parents, highlighting the Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s initiatives in awarding laptops and scholarships to high-achieving students. He emphasized that the digitization of the examination system has ensured transparency and credited the Chief Minister for advancing merit and educational reforms in Punjab. Abbasi also mentioned that development schemes for Rawalpindi’s schools and colleges had been approved, and similar digital initiatives were underway in the Railways sector.
Speaking on national defense and foreign relations, Abbasi described recent threats from India regarding water stoppage as tantamount to a declaration of war, stating that Pakistan’s armed forces had decisively safeguarded the nation. He noted that the downing of five enemy aircraft and support from friendly countries had left India isolated on the diplomatic front, attributing these successes to the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Other speakers at the event, including Malik Abrar Ahmed, praised Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif for instituting modern educational reforms, providing scholarships and laptops to ensure the continuity of learning. The event was acknowledged not only as a celebration of student achievement but also as a testament to the ongoing commitment to merit, transparency, and reform within the education system.
