The MOU was formalized when RCSTSI Senior Vice President Dost Ali Jan signed the agreement with Best Western Premier General Manager Rashid Rauf Banday. RCSTSI Vice President Asif Javed and members of both organizations attended the signing, underscoring mutual commitment to the collaboration.
Also present were Best Western Premier Director Sale Muhammad Athar Khan, the hotel’s operations manager, and RCSTSI executive members Naseer Ahmad Qureshi, Mian Asif Iqbal, Ishfaqul Hassan, and Mirza Shams. The gathering provided an opportunity for leadership from both sides to discuss areas of cooperation and practical steps to support small traders and industries.
Following the signing, the RCSTSI delegation toured the hotel’s facilities, including a visit to the kitchen led by Head Chef Kateeb, and met with the management team to review operational capabilities and potential joint initiatives.
The agreement is expected to open avenues for RCSTSI members to access hospitality-related services, supply opportunities, and capacity-building activities, while reinforcing the chamber’s engagement with the local business and tourism ecosystem.
Best Western Premier, recognized for its service standards, modern amenities, and central location, has been identified by RCSTSI as an ideal partner to help promote economic linkages between small traders, small industries, and the hospitality sector.
