Rawalpindi Police reviews law and order and orders strict measures to prevent road blockages, violent protests and attacks on citizens or property.

City police leadership met under the chairmanship of CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani to assess the law and order situation in Rawalpindi. Senior officers including the SSP Operations, SSP Investigation, divisional SPs, SPs and SDPOs participated in the review to coordinate operational readiness across the district.

The CPO directed that no individual or group will be permitted to take the law into their own hands and that any activity that blocks roads, disrupts traffic or interferes with citizens’ daily lives must not be allowed to continue.
