On October 22, 2025 the Department of Business Administration at Rawalpindi Women University hosted a Startup Seminar attended by students of the department to spark entrepreneurial thinking among future business leaders.
Ms. Naureen Ghaffar served as the guest speaker and resource person, sharing practical guidance on how to transform innovative ideas into viable businesses that address real-world problems. Her session focused on diagnosing market needs, validating ideas, and shaping solutions that serve customers effectively.
The Startup Seminar also covered the essentials of building sustainable business models and the common challenges entrepreneurs face when launching ventures. Ms. Ghaffar discussed strategies for resilience, resource management, and navigating early-stage obstacles that many founders encounter.
Students described the event as enlightening and motivating, noting that the practical examples and advice increased their confidence to pursue entrepreneurial projects.
