A distinguished delegation of senior civil servants from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) visited the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry to engage with local business leadership and discuss collaboration opportunities.
The visit was hosted by an RCCI delegation led by President Usman Shaukat, with Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi also on hand to receive the NIPA team. Both officials extended a warm reception and emphasised the importance of sustained dialogue between public administration and the private sector in Rawalpindi.
