RDA website and standalone complaint system launched to boost digital governance and speed grievance redressal in Rawalpindi. Access services and file complaints online.

Kinza Murtaza, Director General of the Rawalpindi Development Authority, launched a newly designed RDA website and a standalone Complaint Management System on December 22, 2025, marking a step forward in the authority’s drive to strengthen digital governance and public service delivery in Rawalpindi.

The new RDA website has been built as a modern, user-friendly platform to give citizens, developers, investors and stakeholders faster access to official notifications, departmental updates and online services. The platform delivers improved performance, clearer navigation and an updated content structure while being mobile responsive and more accessible under current IT best practices.

The independent Complaint Management System has been introduced to provide a transparent mechanism for the registration, tracking, monitoring and resolution of grievances. The CMS is designed to ensure timely redressal, enhance institutional accountability and improve overall service quality by allowing systematic follow-up and departmental coordination.

The DG said the initiative seeks to promote transparency, operational efficiency and stronger communication between the Authority and the public. She underlined RDA’s commitment to adopting modern technological solutions to reduce manual processes, shorten response times and make it easier for residents to access services and information.

Citizens are encouraged to use the RDA website and the Complaint Management System to register complaints, track progress and stay informed about ongoing projects and policy updates. Both platforms are now live and accessible to the general public.
