The owners and sponsors of illegal housing schemes have been warned to stop marketing their unapproved and illegal schemes and obtain NOC. The Planning Wing of RDA has been directed to monitor the activities of unscrupulous persons and demolish site offices, illegal structures, and lodge FIRs against rules violators. Law officers of RDA have been ordered to prepare comprehensive case files and present solid proofs against illegal housing projects in courts so that their administration can be punished as per the law.
