The District Health Office in Islamabad convened a meeting of its Communication Committee on Routine Immunization, chaired by the District Health Officer. Representatives from the Primary and Extended Program on Immunization, as well as leaders from religious, educational, and community organizations, participated in discussions that focused on current immunization activities and strategies for polio eradication.
Participants reviewed ongoing efforts to increase vaccination rates and outlined plans for upcoming campaigns, emphasizing the need for effective collaboration among various sectors. During the session, speakers stressed the significance of coordinated outreach initiatives to raise community awareness and improve overall vaccine coverage.
