From October 24 to 26 a Russian delegation delivered lectures at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology and the Pakistan Institute of Trade and Development. The team included Ruslan Prokhorov, head of the Rcsc PK Russian Center of Science and Culture in Karachi; Roman Porozov, an associate professor from the Ural State Pedagogical University; and Gleb Shubin, Cultural and Education AttachΓ© at the Embassy of Russia in Pakistan.

The speakers informed Pakistani students about educational opportunities in the Russian Federation and provided a detailed presentation on the application process and requirements for the Russian government scholarship for the 2026/27 academic year. Mr Prokhorov outlined recent advances in domestic artificial intelligence technology and described how Russian IT corporations are leveraging AI to support education.
