Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan hosted an exclusive dinner in Islamabad to welcome a high-level Saudi business delegation led by Prince Mansour bin Mohammed Al Saud, bringing together top Pakistani business leaders, senior government officials and Saudi investors in an atmosphere of optimism and partnership. The gathering underscored Pakistan’s renewed confidence as it seeks fresh capital and collaboration.

The visiting delegation explored a wide range of opportunities from minerals and energy to tourism, IT and infrastructure, while expressing particular interest in IT, healthcare and tourism projects. Discussions reviewed ongoing joint ventures and previously agreed economic frameworks designed to boost bilateral trade and regional integration, signalling concrete pathways for Saudi investment in Pakistan.

Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, Prime Minister’s Coordinator on Tourism, reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to facilitating investors and creating jobs and industrial growth. He highlighted that deeper cooperation with Saudi partners will open new doors for investment and help translate opportunities into lasting economic benefits for local communities and businesses.

Emphasising stronger public and private sector collaboration, Sardar Yasir noted that Saudi investment will contribute to energising the national economy and enhancing Pakistan’s image as an emerging market ready for responsible, long-term partnerships. Government officials and business representatives agreed to follow up on project roadmaps and support mechanisms to accelerate implementation.
