The Sindh Green Foundation participated in the Together Programme orientation held at Indus Hotel in Hyderabad, bringing together Peer Humanitarian Partners, Local Humanitarian Partners and the Welthungerhilfe team to reinforce local coordination and shared understanding under the localization agenda.
During the session, the Sindh Green Foundation delivered a detailed presentation on its humanitarian and development initiatives across multiple districts of Sindh, underlining practical work in climate resilience, social cohesion and youth development. The presentation reflected the organisation’s on-ground experience and priorities for building locally led responses.
Participants from PHPs and LHPs engaged with the Sindh Green Foundation and WHH representatives to align strategies, improve coordination mechanisms and promote timely, accountable delivery of assistance. Emphasis was placed on strengthening partnerships that enable swift local action in response to climate-related events and other humanitarian needs in Sindh Province.
The orientation provided a forum for mutual learning and practical alignment among partner organisations, reinforcing collective commitments to a localisation approach that centres local capacity, accountability and community resilience across Sindh.
