The Secretary of the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, Mr. Zahid Ali Abbasi, participated in a high-level coordination meeting at the National Stadium Karachi to finalise arrangements for the closing ceremony of National Games 2025.
The meeting was chaired by Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi and brought together senior provincial and city officials to discuss detailed logistics for National Games 2025. Present were the Secretary College Education, Government of Sindh; the Secretary Sports, Government of Sindh; the Secretary Culture, Government of Sindh; the Additional Inspector General Karachi and the DIG Traffic Karachi, along with former Deputy Commissioner East Mr. Abrar Jaffar, the General Manager of National Stadium Karachi and Mr. Ahmed Ali Rajput, General Secretary of the Sindh Olympic Association and Organizing Secretary of National Games 2025.
Officials reviewed plans covering traffic flow, security coordination, venue readiness and cultural segments to ensure the closing ceremony runs smoothly. Emphasis was placed on interdepartmental coordination between the education department, sports administration and city law enforcement to deliver an orderly and well-managed conclusion to the games.
Participants noted that meticulous planning and cooperation among provincial departments and the Sindh Olympic Association are essential for showcasing organisational excellence and sportsmanship during National Games 2025 at the National Stadium Karachi.
