Speaker Ayaz Sadiq visited the residence of the Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Information, Ikhtiar Wali Khan, in Islamabad on 21 January 2026 to offer condolences on the passing of his mother.
During the visit, Ayaz Sadiq offered Fateha for the departed soul and conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to Ikhtiar Wali Khan and other members of the bereaved family. He described the loss of a parent as an irreparable blow and stressed that parental love, affection and prayers have no substitute in life.
Ayaz Sadiq said he fully shares the grief of Ikhtiar Wali Khan and his family in this difficult time and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant the departed soul a place in Jannat ul Firdous while bestowing patience and fortitude on the grieving relatives.
The speaker’s visit reflected solidarity and support from public representatives in Islamabad as the family mourns the passing of a beloved parent.
