**UNODC Concludes Specialized Training Modules for Punjab’s Upgraded Justice System**

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has concluded a key session focused on developing specialized and trainer-of-trainer (ToT) modules for the upgraded Case Flow Management System (CFMS) in Punjab. Supported by the U.S. Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), the initiative brought together stakeholders to create structured and effective training content for both prosecutors and administrative users.

The session centered on designing a comprehensive ToT model, a vital step to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer across various government departments. By equipping institutional trainers with tailored resources, the UNODC aims to facilitate large-scale adoption of the CFMS as Punjab readies for the full integration of its Case Flow Management System with the Police Management Information System (PMIS).

With the integration soon to be fully operational, these specialized modules will serve as a blueprint for trainers, helping them to scale system use and smoothly transition into live operations. This collaborative consultation marks a critical milestone as the province moves toward the next phase: implementing robust, on-the-ground capacity-building programs. These efforts are expected to strengthen effective, timely, and transparent justice delivery, leveraging a fully integrated digital justice system across Punjab.
