**Embassy Honors Turkish Democracy and Strengthens Ties With Pakistan**

On the occasion of Democracy and National Unity Day, the Turkish Embassy held a solemn ceremony to honor the memory of their martyrs and to pay tribute to the resilience of the Turkish nation. The event underscored the country’s unwavering commitment to democracy and unity.

Federal Minister for Communications, Mr. Abdul Aleem Khan, and Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Syed Ali Asad Gilani, graced the ceremony with their presence and shared insightful remarks, adding significance to the gathering.

Following the commemoration, a tree-planting ceremony was organized at Fatima Jinnah Park in collaboration with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA). Mr. Naeem Akbar Raja, Federal Secretary at Pakistan’s Ministry of Law and Justice, attended the plantation event, demonstrating further engagement between the two nations.

The Embassy extended its gratitude to Pakistan for its solidarity in opposing the coup attempt, reinforcing the deep brotherhood and cooperation between both countries. The Turkish people’s victory remains a symbol of strength and unity for the nation.
