**Mr. Ubaidullah Sarmad Retires as Special Secretary SED South Punjab After Distinguished Service**
Mr. Ubaidullah Sarmad, Special Secretary of the School Education Department (SED) South Punjab, has retired after an accomplished career spanning over 30 years in the provincial civil service. In recognition of his significant contributions, a farewell event was organized in his honor in Multan by officers of the School Education Department South Punjab and Punjab’s Secretary of School Education, Mr. Khalid Nazir Wattoo.
Mr. Sarmad began his professional journey after completing a Master’s degree in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He successfully qualified for the Provincial Civil Service (PCS) examination, marking the start of a long and distinguished career with the provincial government.
