**UK-Pakistan Emergency Services Partnership Continues Lifesaving Mission**
A top British diplomat has reaffirmed the enduring UK-Pakistan partnership aimed at strengthening emergency response and lifesaving services in the country. Mr. Ben Warrington, Head of the British High Commission Lahore, visited the Emergency Services Academy, where he was briefed on the collaborative efforts by Dr. Rizwan Naseer and paid tribute to the late MSP Hanzala Malik—one of the architects of the initiative.

This collaboration has contributed to the training and upskilling of Pakistani rescuers, improving their ability to respond to emergencies more effectively and efficiently.
During the visit, emergency responders from both Sindh and Punjab provinces gave impressive demonstrations of their advanced life-saving skills. Their performance underscored the value of international cooperation and the elevated standards now present in Pakistan’s emergency services.
Mr. Warrington applauded not only the enduring impact of Hanzala Malik’s legacy but also the professionalism and dedication of the Pakistani emergency teams. He expressed optimism that the UK-Pakistan partnership will continue to expand, helping secure a safer future for communities throughout the country.
