Participants exchanged ideas on strengthening livelihoods, improving access to resources and promoting policies that support women’s leadership in farming communities.
Women farmers also received interest-free loans from Akhuwat, an initiative aimed at economic empowerment and building resilient household incomes. The combined support from UN Women Pakistan, FAO and the Department of Agriculture KP underscored a shared commitment to expand opportunities for Rural women across the province and beyond.
