Deputy Chairman meets Women Lawyers Balochistan attending Judicial Academy training; discusses empowerment, development and Gwadar opportunities.

A delegation of women lawyers from Balochistan’s Makran and Rakhshan Divisions called on Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan at Parliament House in Islamabad while in the capital to attend a training course at the Judicial Academy.

The Deputy Chairman welcomed the visitors and praised the talent, intelligence and determination of women from the province. He said that Women Lawyers Balochistan can play a vital role in the development of both their province and the country, and stressed that no nation can progress without the active participation of women.

Syedaal Khan noted the federal government’s commitment to empowering women through expanding opportunities across sectors so they can contribute more effectively to national development. He highlighted the importance of investing in education, health, infrastructure and energy to uplift underdeveloped areas of Balochistan.

The Deputy Chairman pointed to Balochistan’s natural resource potential and projects such as Gwadar Port that could transform the province into a regional and international trade hub. He urged the women lawyers to channel their skills and energy positively for the advancement of their communities and the country, underlining that the progress of Women Lawyers Balochistan would support broader national development.

The delegation briefed the Deputy Chairman on challenges faced in the Makran Division and other areas. He assured them that their concerns would be forwarded to the relevant authorities and that Parliament would extend every possible cooperation for resolution. The Deputy Chairman reaffirmed that Parliament will remain engaged in efforts for Balochistan’s development, women’s empowerment and a brighter future for youth.
