Party leaders and activists in London and Muzaffarabad have extended warm congratulations to Zahid Mughal, secretary information of the Pakistan Peoples Party UK and recipient of the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, on his appointment as adviser by Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore to the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
