PMYP backs IT training initiative for Pakistani students

Ahmad, a member of the Prime Minister’s National Youth Council and recipient of the National Innovation Award, met with Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, to present a new initiative to expand IT education and student training across Pakistan. The chairman pledged full support for the project, and MNA and PMYP focal person Syeda Amnah Batool attended the meeting.

Ahmad outlined a plan to spread information technology knowledge and provide practical training to students nationwide, aiming to equip young people with skills needed for the modern workforce. His background on the National Youth Council and recognition through the National Innovation Award were highlighted as evidence of his commitment and capability.

Chairman Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan expressed strong support for the initiative and committed the resources and coordination of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme to help turn the proposal into a functioning national effort. The PMYP’s backing is expected to accelerate implementation and help reach students in multiple regions.

Syeda Amnah Batool, member of the National Assembly and designated focal person for the PMYP, was also present and supported the discussion. Participants said the collaboration between the council member, the PMYP leadership, and parliamentary support could strengthen efforts to empower students with IT competencies and expand opportunities for youth across the country.
