Teams from the Norwegian Red Cross, PRCS National Headquarters and branch representatives from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Merged Areas met to reflect on the past year and agree clear priorities for 2026. The PRCS review focused on translating field experience into actionable plans to improve service delivery and community outreach.
Branch delegates shared frontline accounts that highlighted real stories of need, operational challenges and concrete impact. Those firsthand insights underscored how everyday responses by PRCS volunteers continue to touch lives across diverse communities and reinforced the organisation’s purpose in local contexts.
Participants examined ways to strengthen programmes, enhance coordination with partners and widen support to people who need it most. The review concluded with a set of practical priorities to guide resource allocation, capacity building and programme design throughout 2026, anchoring future work in the realities reported from the field.
