Mujahid and Hasho sign MoU to jointly invest in the Sixteen Sena high-rise in New Blue Area Islamabad, boosting investor confidence and real estate development.

Mujahid Group of Industries and Hasho Group signed a MoU to jointly invest in the Sixteen Sena high-rise project in the New Blue Area of Islamabad. The agreement was formalised at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Capital Office, marking a major step for the development of prime commercial and residential infrastructure in the capital.

Atif Ikram Sheikh, President of FPCCI and Senior Vice President of SARC CCI, and Shakir Bhora, CEO of Hasho Group’s real estate division, were the signatories to the MoU. The signing ceremony brought together senior representatives from both organisations including Hasho Group CEO Murtaza Hashwani, COO Syed Suleman Tahir, CFO Muhammad Faizan, FPCCI Capital Office Chairman Kareem Aziz Malik, Coordination Chairman Malik Sohail Hussain, EC member SARC CCI Zil Huma, Senior Vice President Haripur Chamber Arham Ikram Sheikh, Ayaz Malik, Rahim Ikram Sheikh and other business leaders.

Speaking at the event, Atif Ikram Sheikh said the strategic partnership reflects growing investor confidence in Pakistan and aligns with the economic and national development vision of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. He outlined plans for further investment in real estate and other sectors, stressing that the collaboration aims to foster infrastructure development, innovation, tourism and long-term opportunities for Pakistan’s progress and prosperity. He also commended Murtaza Hashwani and the Hasho Group for their commitment and cooperation.

The delegation toured the Sixteen Sena project site after the ceremony, where the development was formally inaugurated. The partners said the joint investment in the Sixteen Sena high-rise is intended to enhance the New Blue Area’s urban profile and attract further private sector investment into Islamabad’s real estate sector.
