ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed Hameed Niazi, Director General of the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), as Joint Secretary in the Federal Education and Professional Training Division.
The Establishment Division has issued a notification regarding the appointment. According to the notification, Niazi has been appointed on a deputation basis for a period of three years under the prescribed terms and conditions.
Hameed Niazi has demonstrated his administrative and professional capabilities as a competent, dynamic and experienced officer.
Education experts said that, drawing on his capabilities and experience, Niazi is expected to play an effective role in the federal education sector as well.
Education circles in Islamabad have congratulated Hameed Niazi on taking up his new responsibility and conveyed their best wishes for his success.
