KARACHI: Citi Associates, led by its Founder and Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Shafi Jakvani, formally held the groundbreaking ceremony of its new project, Jakvani Gateway Prime, at Plot No. M-6, DHA City Karachi.
Administrator DHA City Karachi Brigadier Muhammad Kashif Naeem graced the ceremony as chief guest. Senior officials of DHA City Karachi, prominent personalities, distinguished guests from different walks of life and members of the Citi Associates team attended the event.
The guests were warmly welcomed and thanked for their participation. Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Shafi Jakvani gave a detailed briefing on Jakvani Gateway Prime and highlighted the project’s key features, significance, development plans and future prospects.
Jakvani Gateway Prime is a modern residential and commercial project designed to meet future requirements with state-of-the-art facilities. The project is being developed in accordance with modern construction standards and contemporary needs, with a focus on quality and modern facilities.
Addressing the ceremony, Chief Guest Brigadier Muhammad Kashif Naeem briefed the participants about upcoming projects and future development initiatives in DHA City Karachi. He also highlighted the ongoing efforts for the development, expansion and population growth of DHA City Karachi.
Brigadier Muhammad Kashif Naeem appreciated the services and tireless efforts of Citi Associates, particularly Muhammad Shafi Jakvani, for their contribution to the development, construction and progress of DHA City Karachi. He also lauded the completed projects of Citi Associates as well as its ongoing development and construction activities.
Citi Associates has successfully completed several projects in DHA City Karachi, while development and construction work on a number of other projects is progressing rapidly. Jakvani Gateway Prime is another prominent addition to Citi Associates’ portfolio of ongoing projects.
During the ceremony, distinguished guests expressed best wishes for the successful completion of Jakvani Gateway Prime and appreciated Muhammad Shafi Jakvani’s continued efforts and services for the development of DHA City Karachi.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks to all distinguished guests and participants. A special hi-tea was also arranged for the guests, where participants interacted with one another and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest in a cordial atmosphere.
